Return & Refund Policy
At Maniera Cypria, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:
Returns
- You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging.
- Certain items, such as custom or personalized pieces, sale items, and gift cards, are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us – Email us at manieracypria@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval & Instructions – Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
- Ship the Item – You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Exchanges
- If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
